Aims and objectives
The main task of the Fund (UKRAINE Recovery Fund) is to create favorable conditions for the effective recovery of Ukraine from the military ruins caused by Russian aggression, which began back in 2014.
THE CONCEPT OF THE FUND IS:
FORMING THE FINANCIAL PORTFOLIO OF THE GRANT, WE CARRY OUT:
Preliminary analytical, project-estimating, authorial, expert, technical-supervisory work on requests for obtaining grant assistance with a careful study of the real and objective needs of the population in the social structure of Ukraine, coming from representatives of territorial communities, municipalities, public organizations, etc.
We determine the need and degree of relevance of the Grant, types of work, develop a project with further technical audit of the project (expertise), participate in the implementation of the project agreed by us under the auspices of subsidized (non-refundable) assistance and control the conclusion of contracts with contracting organizations.
THE GRANT PROVIDED TO APPLICANT BY THE FUND (UKRAINE RECOVERY FUND) ACCORDING TO REQUEST
In fact, it is provided only in the form of a technically implemented project by the Fund, – in the form of money, a grant (donor, non-refundable assistance) is not provided!
This is done in order to abstract as much as possible from the slightest attempts of any corrupt elements on the part of the Applicants for the Grant.
Spending of financial funds takes place in accordance with estimated and contractual prices, which have previously passed, if necessary, an expertise.
Control over distribution of grant resources and the execution of works is carried out directly by the Fund (UKRAINE Recovery Fund) and by the public control group under the Fund, its composition is formed by Ukrainian and European representatives who have the appropriate competences and credibility.
Advanced European and international experience will be involved in projects for the restoration of Ukraine.
